Our distribution center is located in Bali, Indonesia. Currently, we only offer local free shipping within Bali.
During checkout, please enter your address and postal code to view the shipping cost for your order. Delivery within Bali is absolutely free.
We aim to pack your order within 24-48 hours. Delivery times vary between 3 to 5 working days.
Our online business operates Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday evenings (Bali time) will be processed the following Monday.
Exchange and Refund Policy
Exchange Policy
UBUDISH will provide an exchange only if:
- The items are in resalable condition with all tags still intact.
- The items have not been worn, damaged, or washed.
- The items are returned within 10 working days of receipt.
- The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase.
Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to us, including any duty taxes on the replacement item, will be your responsibility.
Refund Policy
Alternatively, we will offer a refund at our discretion for items that:
- Are faulty (unless the fault is caused by you).
- Have been incorrectly described.
- Are different from what you ordered.
To be eligible for a refund, all returns must be received by UBUDISH within 10 working days of receipt. Returns after this period will not be accepted. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that we do not refund original shipping charges.
